Thank you for considering Hint of Mint for your wedding paper goods and custom pieces. This is the day you’ve been waiting for! The day to gather with friends and family and celebrate y’all, your love, and all that is yet to come. A day like this deserves pieces that reflect your story and what makes you unique as a couple. We are here to go beyond the ordinary and make sure that every single piece of this day, from the invitations that you mail out, to the programs and signage your guests read, to the little place cards on each plate show who you are.

We want to get to know both of y’all, your story, and your vision for this wedding so that these pieces can reflect exactly who you are as a couple. Feel free to share any and all ideas you have - we make our custom projects from scratch, and we want to make your vision come to life! No idea is too much - the more details you give us, the better we can get to know you and make exactly what you’re looking for.

We’re here to celebrate love. In this mission, we want all of our couples to feel welcome and know that this is a place free of judgment and discrimination. As our favorite, Lin-Manuel Miranda, said, “Love is love is love is love.” Your love is always welcome here.

Wondering about what’s ahead? Here’s our process:

  • After you fill out this form, we’ll send you a follow-up email based on your responses. We might have some more questions, or we might have some initial ideas that we just cannot wait to share with you!

  • Once we’ve worked out (most of) the details, we’ll give you an estimated quote for each of your items, and we’ll ask you to sign a contract to lock in your spot. Please note that the quote estimate is based on the quantities you give us and the style / printing preferences that you express, meaning that if any of these change, your quote will as well. All of the details will be provided in the contract, and it’s a great way for us to each know what we can hold each other accountable for.

  • Yay! You’re officially a Hint of Mint wedding! From this step forward, we will work on each piece one at a time, while keeping your entire collection cohesive. For example, if you are ordering save the dates, invitations, and day-of signs, we will design and print your save the dates, then move forward with the invitations, and finally, complete your day-of signs. This helps us to give each piece the full attention it deserves.

  • Before we can design each piece, we require a 50% deposit to be paid. This is estimated based on the quantity that you estimate for us and the estimated printing costs based on the vision you have given us. If the price total changes along the way, your remaining balance (to be paid at the end) will reflect that.

  • We’ll start compiling ideas, gather some inspo, and send some sketches your way. This is your chance to tell us exactly what you’re thinking so we can make sure we’re on the right track before things get too final!

  • Once we have designed your digital proofs, you’ll have up to three rounds of revisions to make sure you’re completely happy with your big day’s paper products. For day-of chalk signage, you’ll receive digital mock-ups that will resemble the real ones, so this is the time to tweak those designs, too. We’ll make sure that we stick to a revision timeline that keeps us on track to mail out your invites and pieces in time!

  • When you’re completely happy with your designs, you’ll pay your remaining balance, and we’ll send them to our printing partners and straight to you (unless we agree on us shipping them directly for you).
